Palm Pre is an explosive smartphone which though launched only in June 2009 has already emerged as a favorite of even the most demanding of all.

Connectivity: To help it stand out in every aspect it has been equipped with Palm's own Linux based webOS platform. And to give it more flexibility it has been designed to be capable of running on dual networks, EVDO Rev. A and UMTS HSPDA. The best part is, with either of the networks you are sure of getting the fastest connectivity possible.
It also features wireless connectivity options like Wi-Fi 802.11b/g and Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR which includes support for A2DP stereo headsets. Its microUSB ensures USB 2.0 hi-speed connectivity and 3.5mm stereo headphone jack is there for all the audio output you may want.
Entertainment: To make it more appealing to a wider user base it has been provided with features which are gaining more importance day by day. It comes with a 3 MP camera which has an impressive LED flash and a substantially extended depth of field for better images.
Features: One of the high points of Palm Pre is the in-built GPS navigator system. With this you'll never loose your direction and always know how close your favorite eatery is. It also allows you to surf the web for checking your mail using Microsoft Exchange email and its direct push technology. Not just that, it has integrated IM, SMS and MMS facility as well.
Uniqueness: Some of its features are exclusive to the Palm Pre only. Palm Synergy allows you to club all you conversations with same person in any one-chat style view that you prefer. Moreover, it helps you to move from one application to another without any fuss in minimum time.
And yes its just 100mm long, under 17mm thick and weighs 135 gm only. So you can always carry is along without any worries.
