LG L4UC608FA2 Multi Plus Air Conditioner
If you plan to install an air conditioner in multiple rooms in your house, one option is to install a complete AC system, having an indoor and an exclusive outdoor unit, for each room. LG, the Life’s Good company, provides another solution in its multi AC that contains just one outdoor unit for multiple ACs in the house. LG L4UC608FA2 is a free interchangeable multi AC that’s designed especially for tropical conditions. The main advantage of such multi systems is that they can be used with varied capacity indoor units for individual rooms – they don’t have to all identical units in terms of fan speed and capacity. For example, living room or drawing room usually requires larger capacity AC compared to a bedroom. LG L4UC608FA2 gives you the flexibility to have indoor AC units with different capacity and fan speed for individual rooms all controlled by the same outdoor unit. Tropical rotary compressor used in LG L4UC608FA2 can handle temperature variation from 15 to 60 degrees Celcius. These tropical compressors are robust enough to run tirelessly for 24 hrs. For Indian conditions where temperature can shot up or drop drastically, such Air Conditioners are ideal. LG L4UC608FA2 uses two tropical rotary compressor units and two propeller fans. The fan is powered by Phase control induction motor. The MPS Plus AC offering 18000-60000 BTU/hr comes in 1.5 to 5 ton capacity and can support up to 4 indoor units. The outdoor unit weighs 104 KG and is 900x1165x370mm in size. The AC uses GoldFin technology to check corrosion of the heat exchanger rods. The Jet Cool, synonymous to Turn Cool feature in other ACs, provides instant cooling. When this feature is turned on, AC blows strong and cool air at a high speed for half an hour to quickly bring the room temperature down to 18 degree C. The LG L4UC608FA2 also offers auto swing feature that can be activated using a wireless remote control. This ensures that the cool air is circulated uniformly in the room.
