The Panasonic econ Inverter Split ACs also come equipped with Intelligent Inverter that’s designed to save up to 50% electricity usage. The inverter automatically adjusts to minimum power to preserve coolness. Anything a manufacturer can do to keep the electricity bill small is a boon for consumers.
The AC also supports Auto Comfort feature that can be turned on or off from the remote control. It brings the optimal cooling comfort depending upon how crowded the room is and how much movement is there in the area.
The Panasonic econ Inverter Split ACs feature Advanced Plus e-ion Air Purifying System. The system releases 3 trillion e-ion to clean the air around the Air Conditioner. It checks the growth of microorganisms and therefore keeps the air fresh and clean. The e-ion filter also traps the dust particles that usually stay hanging in the air and cause various deceases.
The econ AC capacity ranges between 1 ton to 2 ton and therefore are ideal for small to medium size rooms. For large halls (drawing or family room) you may want to have an AC with 2.5 ton capacity. The ACs use blue fin condensers having anti-rust coating. The self-diagnostic function of the system helps in easy maintenance. The powerful mode thrusts large amount of cool air into the room to bring its temperature down quickly. This mode though should be used sparingly as it consumes more power and can put undesired pressure on the AC unit.
