Samsung Mobiles - Among Hottest Selling Handsets
If you are one of those people who love to carry a mobile phone that has style, is technologically advanced and worth the money it has been purchased for then Samsung is the brand name for you. Samsung is the renowned Korean electronics brand that has always fulfilled our expectations when it comes to electronics items such as television, refrigerators, mobile phones or air conditioners and coolers. Samsung mobiles provide the latest features, stylish designs and great usability in a price which can be termed as affordable. Since Samsung launched its range of cheap mobile handsets there is no looking back for the brand. Very soon Samsung is going to be the leading mobile handset provider all over the world. If you look at the market then other than iPhone, Blackberry and HTC people are choosing Samsung for themselves. Cheap phones like Samsung chat and Champ changed the way people looked at the QWERTY keypads and touch phones. Earlier these kinds of keypads were used by only business phones or in very costly mobile handsets. I think the ease with which Samsung acquires the latest feature and technology around it in the market is the biggest selling point of this mobile phone brand. This brand has always been there in the market but I guess in recent years Samsung has formed an image and position which no one can beat. After Apple, Samsung is the world’s most popular volume producer of smart phones with a leading market share in the North America and Western Europe. After Samsung Electronics overtook Sony as one the world’s most popular consumer electronics brands in 2004 and 2005, it is now ranked 19 in the world over all. Samsung generally uses BADA OS as an operating system for its mobile handsets. Usually, software is usually the weakest part of Samsung mobile phones. With the launch of Samsung Galaxy S-II it has already made a mark in the Indian market. This is the latest mobile launched by Samsung electronics. It is priced around thirty thousand. It is an amazing smart phone with android gingerbread, fast processor, good camera of 8.1 MP, zoom, full touch, dual core processor and what not. Think of a feature and it is already there in the phone. Samsung Google Nexus S I9023 is another touch, multimedia, Google android based mobile handset. This phone was launched in April this year. The attractive part with this mobile phone is its 1 GHz ARM Cortex-A8 processor, PowerVR SGX540 GPU and a Hummingbird chipset. Wow, too good to believe in a price range of thirty thousand rupees. Samsung’s Galaxy pop CDMA I559 is the best CDMA phone with Android 2.2 in the market right now. This was also launched in April this year. It has full flexibility OMH, supports high speed internet @3.1Mbps, and lets you stay always connected along with fast processing and great looks. The best feature of this phone is that it lets you stay connected to Google mobile services, gmail accounts, Google maps, you tube videos and a lot more. Under dual SIM categories, Samsung has launched Champ duos E2652 recently. It has Dual SIM feature, 1.2 MP camera, no zoom but has all the other multimedia features like internet surfing, touch screen and Bluetooth. The price is okay if we look at the stylish phone but with so less mega pixel camera quality and no Wi Fi I don’t find it attractive enough. There are so many products of Samsung electronics in the market that it becomes difficult to even list them. They range from Rs. 1000 to more than Rs. 30,000. Samsung electronics has the trust of people in them. While on one hand Samsung competes really well with low-cost handset makers, it also stays on the cutting edge to give a decent competition to higher end phones such as iconic iPhone. The brand Samsung is sure to continue its growth journey given its positioning and focus in India market. Author: Himadri Dimri More on Samsung Mobiles |
