It is advised not to keep anything on the power cord and if possible, the power cord should be in your visible area. Also, ensure that power plug of the heater is in a good condition. In case the fuse of your heater is burnt out, ensure that you replace it with a standard fuse and not use any temporary wire to comple the circuit. And needless to add that always keep small kids away from the space heater. With growing awareness of global warming and the negative impact of burning fossil fuel to generate energy, we all are seeking to do our part in brinigng our consumption down without making a drastic lifestyle change.
