Panasonic Full HD 3D VT25 TV Wins
When plasma television factories started pulling their shutters down many predicted that plasma technology was on a road to extinction. Some recognized that the field was being emptied for Panasonic to take over. Well, plasma televisions are far from extinction but Panasonic is proving the latter prediction true. The electronics company is on a full onslaught. It announced its 2010 line of high definition Plasma 3D TVs at the Los Vegas Consumer Electronics Show. And, it managed to continue the tradition of winning accolades for its Plasma TV technology. This time it's for the all new Panasonic 3D HDTV VT25.
Panasonic Full HD 3D VT25 TV won CNET’s "Best of CES" award for 2010. The award speaks volumes of Panasonic's focus on not just the superior TV quality but also energy efficiency, and the internet capabilities. The new VT25 HDTV will bring 3D TV viewing experience to homes. Panasonic plans to start selling the television by spring. Panasonic may be the first TV manufacturer to offer 3D televisions. Other in the competition include Sony, Samsung, LG, and Toshiba.
Panasonic 3D VT25 TV will come with a single pair of 3D glasses. Obviously that's not enough for a family and it's not clear how much it will cost to buy additional pairs of glasses. Other manufacturers did not announce that their 3D TVs will come with 3D glasses but you never know they may be close to engineering a true 3D TV that does not require any glasses. Panasonic VT25 TV series includes following models:
Panasonic is taking the home entertainment to an all new level with its new 3D TV line up. The VT25 series features enhanced VIERA CAST with wireless LAN adaptor. You can be video calling via Skype. Intenet capability and IPTV technology allows you to view your favorite videos from YouTube, Amazon On-Demand, and more. You can also enjoy your Picasa albums and Flickr photos on a brilliant screen. Panasonic has the reputation for offering blackest blacks among televisions. With latest models the electronics giant has raise the bar by introducing infinite black feature that gives best picture quality even under bright conditions. The VT25 TV provides 1080p resolution to both right and the left eye - it's a experience that I cannot wait to enjoy. The biggest statement that Panasonic is making, to dispel any fears of plasma burn outs, is that its Full HD 3D models have a panel life up to 100,000 hours. That translates to 30 years of TV viewing experience if you watched TV continuously for 8 hours every day. Now, that's pretty good life span. Atleast enought to silent some of the plasma critics. 2010 is going to the year of 3D TVs and Panasonic has succeeded in pulling the noise in its direction early on.
