Powered by 800 MHz processor Samsung Moment brings speed to Sprint phones. It offers high-speed connectivity of 3G network2. Like any other Google Android phone, Samsung Moment stomachs best of Google mobile services like Google Search, Gmail, YouTube, and Google Maps. Additionally, one can install a variety of Android applications and games, like MySpaceTM, TwitterTM, Pandora, CraigslistCheckerTM, from Google Android market. That’s not it. Samsung Moment buyers will also enjoy the exclusive applications like NFL Mobile Live, NASCAR Sprint Cup Mobile SM and on-demand TV from Sprint. Samsung Moment features a 3.2 inch AMOLED touch-screen. This would make it the first Sprint AMOLED screen mobile phone. The AMOLED display uses an organic light emitting diode technology that makes the displays brighter. A full slide-out QWERTY keyboard and the joy-stick make the phone ideal for texters. The beautiful looking cell phone houses a 3.2 megapixel camera with flash and auto-focus. The camera can also record videos. Young buyers will appreciate the quick access to social networking sites like Facebook, Flickr, Twitter, and MySpace. Such social media features are becoming a norm in new mobile models. Samsung Moment also provides business features like Active Sync to enable users to sync their personal or corporate emails. The phone also includes a 3.5mm headphone jack and a media player. Phone memory can be bumped up to 32 GB. What’s most exciting is that Samsung Moment customers will also have the luxury to utilize Sprint’s Any Mobile, Anytime offering. It gives them unlimited calling to any wireless customer in the US who may be on any network. They will be required to opt Sprint’s Eveything SM data plan which offers nationwide unlimited calling, unlimited text, and unlimited data for $99.99 a month. In US, the Samsung Moment mobile phone will be available for purchase from November 1 through all Sprint channels, Telesales and Samsung retail partners. It will cost $179 after $50 instant saving and $100 mail-in-rebate with a 2 years contract.
