Why Toshiba's New Notebook will Impress You
Toshiba has introduced a new laptop model Satellite L510-P401A in India. This new notebook with 14 inch screen is priced at Rs. 24,999 which is quite cheap for the feature set it offers. I guess, you can tell that Notebooks will cover much more ground in 2010. They are getting better within the same price and size zones. And Toshiba, of course, has had a reputation for offering value for money. This latest Toshiba notebook comes with a 2.2 GHz Intel Pentium T4400 processor, Intel GL40 chipset and Intel GMA 4500MHD graphics. With this notebook, Toshiba claims to offer superior graphics performance as it has internal graphics memory forming. The LED backlit display on high definition Clear Superior View (CSV) technology offers the notebook a solid graphics performance. The gaming and YouTube fans will be delighted to see this graphics engine at work. The notebook supports DDR3 Memory upgradeable upto 4GB DDR3. Ability to go up to 4GB is quite impressive. The speed won't be an issue with a 2.2 HGz and 4GB memory. It's actually superior to most desktops today. The laptop weighs 2.4 kgs and this is where I think Toshiba needs to work harder. Its notebooks are heavier and they appear even more heavier than they actually are. Other prominent features of Toshiba L510-P401A netbook include face recognition built-in camera, DVD SuperMulti Drive, WiFi 802. It also has 11 b/g/n support for USB ports and a 6-cell battery. The notebook is good looking with its black leather finish pattern and comes with a scratch proof resistance feature. The new Toshiba notebook no doubt will impress you!

Laid my hands on this new series of L510 Netbook Computers, which has better design, slightly smaller size, and better performance of course. All the processors that came with it has been upgraded, from T6400 to T6500, T4200 to T4300 now. So, its much better now. By: Ponting365 days agoWow! that is impressive. I had an impression that Toshiba laptops and netbooks are cheap but bulky in size. I saw my friend's notebook and its base looked almost 2 inch thick. It was probably not that heavy but appearance was far from sexy. So this netbook does look to be a great change from that. By: Neelam858 days ago |
