Wristwatch as a Gift
Though we can look for time on our mobile handsets; but still the magical appeal of a dashing wristwatch is hard to avoid. Wristwatches these days are used not because of necessity but for style and status by quite a sizeable number of people. The market offers an endless variety of them ranging to cheap to highly expensive watches. There’s a wrist watch in the market to suit every occasion. Whether you wish to have a watch for the workplace or for the party, the market has it all. We generally know what we want. But, what when we have to choose for someone else? Gifting a wrist watch is an extremely good idea. Why? For the answer of this question, we must resort to a subjective analysis. Why do we give a gift? Because, we care for the person concerned and want that the person should not forget us. For achieving this purpose, a gift which finds use in the routine life is best suited. And what other option could be better than time. After all, it’s time that drives the world. We can’t control time. But, we can track it. There goes a saying, “The busiest people find time for most things, while the laziest can hardly take out some time from their busy schedule.” A gift must satisfy some basic qualities to be quantified as a really useful gift. It should be useful, beautiful and long lasting. A watch satisfies all these qualities. Choices are available for kids, men and women. Then, there are business watches, sports watches and decorative watches. Watches, these days have also successfully transformed themselves to valuable pieces of jewellery as gold, platinum and diamond studded watches abound. Ultimately, the gift you choose depends upon your budget and the taste of the person to whom you are gifting it. For a fifteen year child or a college going guy/girl a funky sports watch can be a good option. For women, small sized wrist watch suits their personality. An entire section of wristwatch market caters to the demands of the women. Then, for men the market offers immense options. Business watches are plain, radiating elegance whereas party watches flaunt opulence and exuberance. Though, the boundary these days is quite indistinguishable. Complicated watches also figure in the wrist watch market. A complicated watch has one or more functions beyond the basic function of displaying the time and the date; such functionality is called a complication. These watches have ability to function as a Stop Watch and the display of the lunar phase. Other more expensive complications include Minute repeater, Equation of time, Perpetual Calendar, Tourbillion, etc. If you gift a wristwatch to someone then you can be sure that whenever he/she looks at his/her watch to check time, the person will remember you. And memories can trigger pleasant emotions. As we all know, pleasant emotions are the sure shot way to keep the relationship brimming and healthy. Cheers! Buy a Wristwatch
