Why don't I find US/UK based jobs on TolMol?At present the TolMol job search engine brings you jobs specific to India market only. However, in future TolMol plans to search for jobs available in other countries as well. Can I find jobs related to accounting?Yes, TolMol offers jobs in all verticals including IT, IT-enabled services, Accounting, Finance, Retail, Banking, and more. How can I apply for a job found on TolMol?On the job result page, click the title of the job you want to apply for. This will take you to the website listing/offering that job. There must be specific instructions on that site on how you can apply for the job, please follow those. TolMol does not offer a direct way to apply for a job. How do you rank the job posting results?Job postings are ranked solely by relevance to the criteria you use to search. TolMol does not accept payment to include job postings in the search engine or to improve their ranking on the result pages. How can I find jobs for a specific company?Simply put the company name keyword in the Keywords search field. Below are a couple of examples of company job search: Avake Java Please note that in some cases you might find jobs from multiple companies if the part of their names is same. If you are only interested in jobs from a specific company you can also prefix your company name keyword with "C:" for better results. How can I find jobs within my city?Enter the appropriate keywords for the job in the Keywords field and the name of the city in the Location field. Here is an example - Can I post my resume on TolMol?Yes, you can save your detailed profile on TolMol. It will help you in quality networking. You can share your education and work profile as well as any outstanding successes you have had. Soon, TolMol will allow you to post your resume to multiple job boards in one click. Can I contact TolMol regarding a job opening?Sure, as long as the job opening is at TolMol How many sites are you covering?TolMol collects jobs from all major job boards and company websites in India. If you don't see jobs from some website, please write to us at support@tolmol.com and we will include it in TolMolBot. I am an employer and I want to post a job opening on TolMol. How do I do that?If you have a site that lists more than 50 jobs, you can email us the url at support@tolmol.com. TolMol will automatically collect the jobs from your site. For lesser number of jobs TolMol job feed file would be the best option. We'll be posting the intructions for using the feed file soon.
