Refund and Cancellation

You are our valued customer and we thank you for your business. Please read this policy carefully as it will provide important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as TolMol customer, concerning any purchase you make from our sellers on TolMol.

Our sellers make every effort to service the orders you placed with them on TolMol, as per the specifications and timelines specified for each product. However, you can cancel your order in the following scenarios.

A. Cancel before shipment — You can cancel your order before shipment for any of the following reasons:

  1. If a product/model you ordered is out of stock with the seller
  2. If your order is not shipped on or before the specified date by the seller
  3. If the shipping address is not serviceable by the seller
  4. If you don't want that product anymore

B. Cancel after shipment — You can cancel your product order after shipment and delivery for any of the following reasons:

  1. If you receive a product with an established defect which the seller is not able to either replace or repair, within the warranty timelines
  2. If you receive incorrect/defective product from the seller even after the first replacement
  3. If the shipping address is found to be incorrect, incomplete, untraceable, locked and customer is not available to receive the shipment
  4. If you receive a product/packaging that is damaged during transit and you did not take the delivery

When you cancel an order:

  1. Please note that the refund for the order shall be processed only after the product is shipped back and received by the seller (in case you cancelled after the shipment and delivery). The refund from the seller can take upto 10 business days from the day the seller receive the returned product from you.
  2. Please attach a note along with the product returned for refund clearly mentioning the order number and contact name and phone number. Also, please briefly describe the reason of return
  3. Please note that the product returned should be unused and should be sent back to the seller along with the invoice within 30 days of the delivery date.
  4. Please note that return shipping charges will be paid by the seller
  5. Please note that TolMol is not liable to pay any penalty or compensation to you for cancellation of any order. You will be only be refunded the amount you paid to the seller for your cancelled order.

Delivery Policy

Estimated Delivery Time — The estimated time of delivery is usually 5-7 business days once you successfully place an order. The estimated delivery time will be provided by each seller when you complete the order. The delivery dates vary due to courier shipping practices, delivery location and the items you order. Products may be delivered in separate shipments.

Shipping Charges — All sellers provide delivery charges at the time of checkout. Many products come with free shipping (with certain minimum order amount) by the sellers, and it is displayed on the product page.

Shipping Options — Your order will be shipped by the seller only through reputed courier service providers. If there is no courier service available in your region, the item will be shipped through Indian Post Office service such as Speedpost.

Shipping Locations — Our sellers ship products to most of the pin codes in the country. However, there may be a few regions where the courier or postal service does not deliver products. Our sellers do not deliver to locations outside India.

Shipment Tracking — You can track your shipment by using the shipment tracking number provided for your order. At present, tracking is available only for orders serviced through major courier service providers such as Blue dart courier, First flight courier and others.
